Said Requirements: * Completed high school education * Minimum of 1 year of recent work experience in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, or as medical assistants * Previous employment verification documents * Professional appearance and strong communication skills Main responsibilities: · **Patient reception and orientation:** Provide warm and respectful service to patients and their families, guiding them regarding procedures, locations, and waiting times. · **Medical appointment registration and management:** Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments according to the responsible physician’s availability and department scheduling, ensuring an orderly patient flow. · **Direct communication with the department physician:** Maintain constant, clear, and professional communication with the responsible physician, reporting patient arrivals, cancellations, emergencies, or any situation requiring immediate attention. · **Clinical documentation management:** Receive, classify, and route patient documentation (medical records, test results, referrals, physician orders), ensuring confidentiality and proper safeguarding. · **Telephone support and request routing:** Answer internal and external calls, providing accurate information and forwarding messages or requests to the appropriate medical or administrative staff. · **Support in service coordination:** Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to maintain order in the waiting area, verify timely patient care, and assist with service logistics. · **Patient follow-up and satisfaction:** Follow up on pending consultations or procedures, collect feedback regarding received care, and relay suggestions or incidents to the responsible physician or Quality Department.
