Follow-up and assistance to leads to provide sufficient information for the Sales Executive to identify customer needs and facilitate a potential purchase. Assignment of leads to Sales Executives for follow-up, negotiation, and sale closure. Stay updated at the dealership to provide better information and advisory services to customers. Provide agile and friendly customer advisory services to maintain an excellent customer service image. Timely follow-up with Sales Executives regarding assigned leads, credit applications, reservations, negotiations, sale closures, invoicing, and vehicle deliveries. Support activities related to the Marketing department. Make timely follow-up calls. Schedule appointments on the sales floor. Provide complete and reliable information enabling customers to learn in detail about the vehicle of interest. Requirements EDUCATION: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications Sciences, or related field. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
