A leading kitchen company is seeking an **\*ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT\*** **\*REQUIREMENTS:\*** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, either currently completing or already graduated * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Accounting and Payroll, SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, IVA, and tax reconciliations * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Intermediate knowledge of Excel **\*RESPONSIBILITIES:\*** * Monthly accounting review and closing * Tax review (in coordination with external auditor) * Supervision of accounting records * Informational tax filings, bank reconciliations * Coordination with external auditor for periodic reviews * Control of provisions, assets, and financial statements * Issuance and recording of invoices * Staying up to date with changes in accounting regulations * Administrative tasks, accounts payable, and document management * SIROC and REPSE (No prior knowledge required; necessary training will be provided here) **\*WE OFFER:\*** * \-Salary: $12,000 monthly, net * Weekly payments * Food vouchers: $1,200 per month * \-Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * \-Work location: Paraisos del Colli neighborhood Job type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 \- $12,050.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
