Responsible for resolving issues arising from operations. 3\. Responsible for the store’s workplace climate. 4\. Responsible for managing and ensuring proper use of allocated resources. 5\. Responsible for training all sales staff according to established programs. 6\. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 7\. Represent the Company in all official matters (legal, authorities, Profeco, etc.). 8\. Responsible for maintaining the store’s positive image. 9\. Support in recovering overdue receivables. REQUIREMENTS:\-Education (Bachelor’s degree) EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDES:\-Knowledge: In administration, sales force strategies and marketing analysis. \-Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management-level roles.
