Position Objective Administer the operation of the BRM/Control-M system for all customer accounts that make up Totalplay's businesses, with the objective of maintaining continuity in billing as well as in the processes that deliver executive reports for the regions of Mexico and Colombia. Main Responsibilities Evaluate technological resources to ensure capacity and continuity of the systems under your responsibility. Verify together with the Control-M administrator the different changes and new jobs requested by users. Validate each user request requiring balance adjustments on accounts, in order to verify whether they apply or not. Coordinate billing processes together with the development team. Manage necessary access permissions to enter different servers for new processes.
