





**Requirements** ● **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. ● **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or wholesale travel agency sectors. ● **Knowledge:** ○ Tourism products (packages, flights, hotels, ancillary services). ○ Consultative sales processes and key account management. ○ Use of CRM systems, sales management tools, and digital platforms. ○ Negotiation techniques and sales closing methods. Basic to intermediate English (reading and conversational skills preferred). **Responsibilities** ● Prospect, contact, and develop commercial relationships with travel agencies and potential strategic clients. ● Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, quotation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up. ● Monitor achievement of individual and departmental sales targets. ● Maintain up-to-date customer database in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and traceability of commercial information. ● Collaborate with **Marketing**, **Operations**, **Product**, and **Administration** departments to ensure proper execution of contracted services and resolution of incidents. ● Conduct post-sales follow-up with customers to assess satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and encourage repeat business. ● Participate in tourism industry fairs, events, and training sessions to strengthen brand presence and stay updated on market developments.
