




VERY IMPORTANT: SEND CV A major **Corporate Advisory Firm** is seeking a Treasury Assistant to carry out the following activities: Education: Administrative Technician or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field. * 1 year of experience in the position. * Knowledge of account administration. * Knowledge of banking platforms (Banregio, BBVA, Bajío, Santander, Banorte, STP, among others). * Advanced Excel, data handling. **Responsibilities:** * Execute transactions on banking portals, previously authorized in accordance with the company’s internal control guidelines. * Daily review of banking portals to identify bank deposits. * Download and send supporting documents to clients, as required by each transaction. * Transfer of balances between bank accounts. * Organization and management of email for handling requests. * Contact with bank executives. * Generation of reports. * Issuance and release of checks. * Cash flow management. * Bank reconciliations. **We offer:** * Salary: **$14,000.00 MXN per month**, paid weekly. * Statutory benefits. * Work location: Paseos del Sol, Zapopan, Jalisco. * Productivity bonus. * Overtime pay (month-end closings). * **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm**
