**Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the mapping, tracking, and reconciliation of shipping labels with various carriers, ensuring accuracy in traceability. * Coordinate the arrangement, organization, and rotation of furniture in the shipping area to optimize time and space. * Prepare executive reports on daily deliveries, logistical indicators, and shipping cost analysis for decision-making purposes. * Administer and monitor refund processes, cancellations, and physical reconciliations. * Update and monitor marketplace platforms (Walmart, Coppel, Sears, Liverpool), ensuring accurate and timely information for each delivery. * Identify areas for improvement in logistical and administrative processes, implementing actions aimed at operational efficiency. * Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Customer Service, E\-commerce, Warehouse, and Logistics Providers to ensure integrated operations. **Skills and Requirements** * Solid experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Analytical ability to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and proactively solve problems. * Effective communication skills with internal teams, operational leaders, and external providers. * High level of organization, structured thinking, and results orientation. * Desired: experience with databases, dashboards, and logistics reporting tools. * Consistent focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process standardization. **What We Are Looking For** Professionals with initiative, operational vision, and execution capability.
