A leading solar energy company is seeking a **Solar Panel Sales Executive** with a positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for customer interaction. **Key Responsibilities**: * Prospect and generate new clients (in-person visits, phone calls, social media, and referrals). * Conduct preliminary energy consumption assessments and prepare customized proposals. * Explain the technical, financial, and environmental benefits of solar systems. * Negotiate prices and terms while adhering to established margins. * Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date sales information and reports in CRM. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the energy, electrical, or solar sector. * Basic knowledge of electricity or solar energy (desirable). * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Proactive, responsible, and results-driven attitude. * Basic proficiency in Excel, CRM, and email. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Academic background: Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **We Offer**: * Base salary: **$12,000 monthly** * Commission per sale: **Fully paid** * Ongoing technical and commercial training Work location: San Lorenzo Almecatla Schedule: Full-time Work modality: In-person / Field / Hybrid Position type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing Application question(s): * Do you have knowledge of Solar Energy or Solar Panels?
