





**SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE – PROVIDENCIA LOCATION** We are a global company with headquarters in the USA and a physical office in Col. Providencia, Guadalajara. We specialize in selling and providing technical support for software solutions developed by us for various industries, focusing on quality management, metrology, and maintenance processes. Requirements: * Interest in office-based sales. * Analytical, synthetic, and research capabilities. * Willingness to make cold calls. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting general industries across Mexico and LATAM. * Managing and monitoring accounts—including assigned existing clients, new clients, and prospects. * Making cold calls. * Attending to and following up on leads. * Preparing and tracking quotations. * Selling software, related products, and services. * Processing orders according to established policies, procedures, and formats. * Tracking orders through to invoice settlement. * Supporting billing and collections management. * Using CRM Salesforce and Outlook. * Conducting web-based software demonstrations. * Hosting scheduled webinars on specific dates and topics. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $18,000 (pre-tax), plus COMMISSIONS. * PLUS a bonus scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Short Fridays.
