Job Description We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our Administration and Finance department. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials, equipment, and services for our projects, guaranteeing operational continuity and project profitability. Main Responsibilities \* Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of construction materials, finishes, and maintenance items (e.g., branded products, finishes, drywall, electrical materials, and paint). \* Procurement Process: Obtain quotations, generate purchase orders, and provide timely follow-up from requisition through on-site delivery across multiple simultaneous projects. \* Logistics Coordination: Ensure materials arrive at job sites on time and in full, considering that a large portion of our operational execution occurs during nighttime hours. \* Administrative Control: Budget management, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining an updated supplier catalog. Requirements \* Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, civil works, or corporate maintenance sectors. \* Knowledge: Technical familiarity with construction materials, plumbing, electrical systems, and finishes. \* Skills: Strong negotiation ability, organizational skills, sense of urgency, and teamwork. \* Preferred: Existing supplier network within the sector.
