Current courses in project management, risk management, agile methodologies, best practices, standards such as: ISO, ITIL, COBIT, etc. * Experience in gathering business requirements into use cases or user stories, design of functional and non-functional test cases. * 2 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce project implementation, including loyalty programs, integrations, marketing automation, knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Magento, Prestashop, or custom development. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (PHP), databases, web services, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, etc. * 2 to 3 years managing 2 to 3 medium-complexity global projects, leading teams of 3 to 9 people, with extensive interaction with business areas, internal teams, and suppliers. * Creation and management of deliverables throughout all project phases: kickoff, project minutes, work plan, schedule, stakeholder matrices, RACI, meeting minutes, progress reports, time negotiation, deviations, etc. * Risk management and identification using PMI models or alternatively AMEF, Octave, Magerit, etc. * Project management methodologies such as RUP, Scrum, MOF, waterfall, SDLP, etc. * Generation of KPIs and project indicators: SLA, CTQ, ROI, Deviations. * Use of Gantt tools such as Planner, Project, Wrike, Asana, Monday, etc. Proficiency in Office suite and highly desirable Power BI, QlikView, Data Studio, etc. * Leadership, communication, teamwork, negotiation, organizational influence, conflict resolution, and effective presentation skills.
