




Position Summary: Responsible for the daily operation of the brand's eCommerce project, managing workflow, project plan, milestone communication, and status visibility. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with delivery processes and systems. **Objective**: Responsible for the daily operation of the brand’s eCommerce project within the agency. Manages team workflow, ensuring that delivery processes, change control, reviews, and approvals are completed on time and as required. Owns the project plan, milestone communication, and status visibility for internal and external stakeholders. **Responsibilities**: \*Build and maintain the work/demand plan (scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks). \*Manage the flow of briefs, asset traffic, review rounds, and version control. \*Coordinate daily resources (allocation, capacity, prioritization, re-prioritization due to business changes). \*Facilitate follow-up meetings (daily/weekly status, retrospectives, client meetings) and communicate project status. \*Implement and enforce asset delivery processes and systems (naming conventions, repositories, QA checklist). \*Identify timeline/scope risks and propose mitigation plans (workload adjustment, phase changes, alternatives). \*Ensure proper documentation: status reports, meeting minutes, agreements, and feedback traceability. \*Collaborate with eComm Lead and eContent Manager to maintain alignment among quality, performance, and delivery.\*Implement content QA: technical accuracy, compliance. **Requirements**: \*3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Traffic Manager in a creative or media agency (eCommerce preferred). \*Proficiency in managing creative processes (brief → production → QA → approval → delivery). \*Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. \*Effective communication with clients and creative teams; expectation management and negotiation skills. \*Proficiency with project management tools (Trello). \*Detail-oriented (version control, specs, deadline adherence). \*Knowledge of marketplace/retailer specs and workflows (Amazon, etc.) to anticipate rework. \*Agile methodologies applied to creative production (lightweight Kanban/Scrum). \*Intermediate/advanced English.
