Language: English (Intermediate written and spoken) Willingness to travel nationwide **Knowledge of:** Microsoft Office 360 (Intermediate), Marketplace integration platforms (Amazon, eBay, Mercado Libre, etc.), and SAP. **Qualities:** * Responsibility * Business mindset * Proactiveness * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation * Problem solving * Collaboration **Experience:** 3 years in a similar position: Commercial KAM, E-commerce (preferably in auto parts) and Digital Sales **Job Objective:** Increase revenue and profitability of the assigned digital spare parts platform, while maintaining and improving our product offerings and brand positioning with a Customer-Centric approach. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop relationships with Marketplaces and digital customers. * Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and special campaigns. * Define and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability. * Coordinate online product launches and promotions. * Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, traffic, stock, pricing, and positioning. * Generate performance reports and propose corrective actions. * Supervise accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes). Ensure price competitiveness and inventory availability. * Collaborate with operational areas including Warehouse, Marketing, Customer Service and Support, Systems (IT), among others, to ensure proper channel operation. * Monitor compliance with SLAs for shipping, returns, and customer service. * Manage inventory supply in Marketplace fulfillment warehouses. * Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotions with the Marketing department. * Plan and execute commercial campaigns during key dates (Hot Sale, Buen Fin, Christmas, others), measure campaign impact, and improve future events. * Reconcile revenues, costs, and expenses, and ensure revenue assurance with Administration and Finance, Billing, and Accounting. * Resolve operational issues with Marketplaces (penalties, returns, claims) and ensure a positive customer experience across contact channels (questions and messages). * Identify market trends and growth opportunities. * Propose improvements in processes, tools, and digital strategies. **Work Location:** Col.
