Design and execute the commercial strategy for key accounts **KAM Commercial Chains** We are seeking a **Key Account Manager** with solid experience in commercial chains to lead the strategic development of the modern trade channel and strengthen high-level relationships with key customers such as **Walmart**, **Soriana**, **Chedraui**, **The Home Depot**, and price clubs. **Location:** Tepoztlán (2 days per week on-site) Hybrid work model Toll fees covered **Role Purpose** Design and execute the commercial strategy for key accounts, ensuring profitable growth, brand positioning, and dominant presence at the point of sale. **Strategic Responsibilities** * Acquisition and development of modern trade channel customers. * Development and execution of 12-month Commercial Plans (Key Account Plan) aligned with customer and company objectives. * Management of key metrics: sales budget, margin, inventory turnover, days of inventory, GMROI, and portfolio expansion. * Definition of the strategic product mix per chain. * Purchase planning and assortment level management to maximize SKU-level performance. * Conducting QBRs (quarterly business reviews) at the executive level to ensure strategic category participation. * Negotiation of planograms with brand dominance. * Coordination of in-store promoters to strengthen in-store execution. * Store-, state-, and region-level performance analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Direct strategic feedback to General Management regarding market trends and opportunities. **Executive Profile** * 5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial chains. * Proven experience with Walmart and/or The Home Depot. * In-depth knowledge of self-service retail in Mexico and proficiency in managing their platforms. * Strong analytical capability, strategic negotiation skills, and focus on profitability. * Willingness to travel. * Residency in Estado de México, CDMX, or Cuernavaca. **Value Proposition** **Base salary:** $50,000 net **Commission scheme** Statutory benefits + food vouchers + savings fund Working hours: Monday 8:00–18:00 | Tuesday to Friday 8:00–17:30
