




Position: Junior Account Executive Department: Sales / Commercial / Customer Service Reports to: Senior Account Executive / Account Manager / Commercial Manager Position Objective: Provide service and follow-up to the assigned customer portfolio, supporting account management, preparing proposals, and ensuring effective communication between the customer and the company to achieve customer satisfaction and retention. Functions and Responsibilities: * Provide service and follow-up to existing customers. * Support the preparation and submission of commercial quotations and proposals. * Follow up on orders, contracts, and services. * Maintain up-to-date customer information in the system. * Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or requests. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to meet customer requirements. * Prepare follow-up and performance reports. * Support the Senior Account Executive in managing key accounts. * Billing and collections management Requirements: * High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal communication. * Organizational skills and ability to track tasks.
