The actual offered salary may vary depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s relevant knowledge, experience, and skills.* Join a winning team with a clear purpose, committed to delivering results within an inclusive, high-performance culture. **SME EXECUTIVE** **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary * Monthly bonus * Grocery vouchers \+ gasoline vouchers * Direct employment with the Institution * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Thirteenth-month bonus (30 days) * 20 vacation days per year * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Professional development and growth opportunities within the Scotiabank Group **Responsibilities:** * Primary responsibility for advising, generating, and promoting new business to drive growth in the SME segment, individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities, legal entities, and payroll clients of their assigned branches and/or territory. * Maintain close business relationships with clients in the segment and with assigned branches and their areas of influence, acting as the liaison between clients and the bank’s central departments to provide comprehensive advisory services and high-quality service. * Establish oneself as a commercial partner to assigned branches by generating and referring payroll client portfolios for cross-selling and appropriate day-to-day post-sales service for companies and employees. * Ensure achievement of personal goals and objectives through weekly review of performance results and, where necessary, alignment of sales strategies. * Proactively schedule client appointments to promote and drive sales of SME, payroll, cash management, credit, and other products, implementing and adhering to a proactive sales activity plan (including scheduled calls and meetings) to deliver timely, high-value-added solutions. * Maximize profitability of the assigned current customer portfolio by promoting new products and services and encouraging use of inactive products. * Identify client needs and propose viable, comprehensive business solutions aligned with the bank’s four cornerstones, based on continuous knowledge and monitoring of the client portfolio and ongoing service communication with clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or related fields; candidates may be either currently completing their studies or already graduated. Experience in the SME sector.
