




Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of the brand’s product content to maximize sales performance on eCommerce platforms, overseeing digital content quality and consistency. Content performance analysis and improvement proposals. **Objective**: Responsible for end-to-end management of the brand’s product content to maximize eCommerce sales performance. Manages quality and consistency of images, thumbnails, A\+/B\+, descriptions, attributes, and specifications across digital channels. Generates data-driven insights based on user behavior and content performance metrics, and coordinates with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure accurate publishing, operational continuity, and continuous optimization. **Responsibilities**: \*Manage catalog and content per SKU: attributes, descriptions, specifications, images, and enriched modules. \*Ensure compliance with channel-specific standards (marketplaces, retailers, DTC) and brand guidelines. \*Coordinate upload/publishing with external teams (CMS/retailer portals), ensuring traceability. \*Implement content QA: technical accuracy, consistency, compliance, readability, and completeness. \*Analyze content performance (traffic, conversion, SEO/keywords, missing content) and propose improvements. \*Establish and maintain operational standards: templates, guidelines, naming conventions, checklists, and catalog governance. \*Collaborate closely with eComm Lead, Copy, and Design teams to execute continuous optimizations and updates. \*Align with the Brand team on business requirements (product launches, promotions, portfolio changes, availability). **Requirements**: \*Experience in eCommerce content management and multi-channel operations. \*Understanding of PDP structure (attributes, bullet points, specs) and its impact on conversion and SEO. \*Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure technical information accuracy. \*Experience with marketplace platforms/portals (Amazon Vendor/Seller, etc.) or regional retailers. \*Proficiency in content management tools (PIM/CMS, advanced Excel/Sheets) and publishing workflows. \*Knowledge of taxonomies, data quality, content syndication, and catalog automation.
