Will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and operational development of the channel, managing the e\-commerce team, and coordinating efforts with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to meet **online growth and profitability goals**. ***Requirements*** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering. Preferred: Specialization or certification in e\-commerce or digital marketing. * 5\+ years of comprehensive digital sales management (B2B/B2C). * Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. * Proven experience in increasing online sales and profitability. * Knowledge of UX, CRO, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM. * Proficiency in ERP systems, catalog integrators, and fulfillment systems. **Responsibilities** **Strategic Planning** * Develop the annual **e\-commerce plan**, defining sales, growth, profitability, and market share objectives. * Design the **digital channel expansion strategy** (website, marketplaces, B2B/B2C e-commerce). * Establish digital commercial policies: pricing, promotions, discounts, and customer loyalty strategies. * Analyze consumer trends, competition, and emerging online sales models. **Commercial and Sales Management** * Monitor platform performance (website, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Liverpool, among others). * Implement strategies to increase **conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate**. * Develop digital campaigns and promotions jointly with Marketing. * Ensure proper execution of the sales process: catalog, stock, pricing, delivery times, and post-sales service. * Negotiate with marketplaces and external suppliers to optimize costs and visibility. **Performance Management and Analytics** * Monitor channel KPIs: **net online sales, traffic, conversion, margin, advertising ROI, CPA, LTV.** * Analyze customer behavior and propose UX/UI improvements. * Prepare executive reports on results and actionable insights for senior management. * Ensure compliance with the channel’s annual budget. **Team Leadership** * Supervise the commercial and operational activities of the team. * Set individual and collective goals aligned with business outcomes. * Train the team on digital management, tools, and online customer service. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and results orientation. **Coordination** * Collaborate with Digital Marketing for traffic generation and remarketing. * Coordinate with Logistics and Warehousing to ensure delivery timelines and inventory levels. * Align with Corporate Sales on cross\-selling opportunities or recurring B2B clients. * Participate in defining new products or bundles with online potential. ***Work Location:*** Cuernavaca, Morelos ***We Offer:*** * Base salary at 100% nominal \+ performance bonus * Food vouchers * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: 5% Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Funeral Expense Assistance, Vacation Bonus. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 19:00 hrs Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Life insurance * Company phone * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
