We are seeking an E-commerce and Marketplace Specialist with solid experience on Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, and other digital channels, who combines strategic vision, data analysis, and creativity to take our online stores to the next level. This role does not merely manage digital stores; it designs, executes, and optimizes digital marketing and advertising strategies both within and outside marketplaces, maximizing conversion, profitability, and brand growth. **Responsibilities** * Daily management and operation of stores on Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, and other channels. * Creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings (SEO, copywriting, A+ Content, images, and product specifications). * Planning and execution of marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads, TikTok Ads). * Design and management of external campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on qualified traffic and conversion. * Definition of pricing, promotional, and remarketing strategies. * Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: traffic, CTR, conversion, ROI, ACOS, and product-level sales. * Research into e-commerce trends and new positioning opportunities. * Coordination with internal departments—including marketing, logistics, and customer service—for integrated operations. **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplaces. * Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Mercado Libre Seller Center, and TikTok Shop. * Proven experience in digital advertising within marketplaces and on social media (Meta Ads and Google Ads). * Familiarity with analytics and optimization tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, DataHub, or similar. * Intermediate–advanced English (desirable for international catalogs). * Analytical, creative, and results-oriented profile. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Performance bonuses tied to sales and ROI targets. * Growth opportunities within a company with international projection and expansion. * A dynamic, challenging environment with innovative projects.
