**Position:** E-commerce Analyst **Position Objective:** Develop and implement product, pricing, and promotion strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * List products and update inventories on the platform. * Manage orders: order entry, shipping label printing, and coordination with courier services. * Handle customer complaints, messages, and oversee reverse logistics. * Analyze sales statistics and propose strategies to meet targets. * Monitor invoicing, payments, and platform KPI compliance. **Requirements:** * Age: 24 to 28 years old. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Skills: Proficiency in Office suite, laptop operation, marketplaces, and preferably Photoshop. * Experience in e-commerce platform administration, direct sales, and telephone sales. * Competencies: responsible, proactive, organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Weekly payroll * Statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, and one Saturday per month, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
