Responsibilities: * Daily management and updating of our own e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. * Order tracking until final delivery. * Analysis of sales metrics and generation of performance reports. * Online customer service, resolving inquiries and providing timely support. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or online sales. * Proficiency with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, Shopify or similar. * Availability to work onsite in Lerma.
