Due to business expansion and consistent growth, we are now looking for candidates for the Mid. **Customer Success Manager** position. The successful candidate enjoys social interactions, data analysis and has a “can do” attitude. The Mid. Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the loyalty and business results for a portfolio of our affiliate partners (B2B). **Essential skills:** — English language proficiency \- intermediate level and higher (recruitment process may be held in English) — Spanish language proficiency \- native speaker or upper intermediate and higher — Portuguese will be a plus but not obligatory — Strong analytical skills, attention to details — Willingness and ability to address system\-wide problems (systematic problem\-solving); — Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong level of self\-awareness — Interest in improving customer satisfaction and strategy creation skills **Desirable experience:** — Experience of managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders (previous experience in customer service, sales representative, account management and similar is a plus) — Experience of working in IT, marketing, advertising or audit companies will be a plus **Key Responsibilities:** ● Building high touch, consultative and strong relationships with a partners portfolio through regular and open communications ● Providing trainings and presentations on products, new features and motivational plans ● Training new partners onboard ● Assisting existing partners with prompt replies, helping them fully use the functionalities of the platform ● Collaborating with various teams (e.g.,Strategic BP, Growth, Support, Finance, Legal) across company to ensure we fulfill customers’ demand and helping partners succeed in business development ● Preparing recommendations for project performance improvement in response to the partner’s feedback **You’re gonna love it, and here’s why:** — **Competitive salary and good compensation package (including 20 vacation days per year)** — **Sports benefits and private health care** — **Convenient working conditions** — physical office in Guadalajara where meals and snacks are covered by us, so you can concentrate on your career growth — **Strong and enthusiastic team** — you will have the opportunity for knowledge sharing, learning, and professional self\-development — **Interesting and challenging project ownership** Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Servicio de comedor Pregunta(s) de postulación: * Como te sientes trabajando on site? * Cual es tu salario objetivo mensual neto?
