We are leaders in mass insurance, assistance, and technology solutions in the market (motorcycle, auto, unemployment, pet, mobile phone protection, family, hospital, etc.), and we want you to be part of our team. **Objective:** To deliver high-quality service in insurance sales and customer support, increasing sales and strengthening long-term customer loyalty. **Requirements:** Experience in selling intangible products and customer service; excellent verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills, Gmail, and platform proficiency. Availability from Monday to Sunday. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-store prospecting and sales. * Tracking of claims procedures and customer service. * Advisory support regarding insurance products and services. * Participation in training programs and continuous improvement. **Work Schedule:** 6x2 — six working days followed by two consecutive days off, from 11:00 am \- 9:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break. **Key Competencies:** Negotiation, active listening, sales closing, dynamism, resilience, conflict resolution, and teamwork. **What We Offer:** * Base salary plus uncapped commissions. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
