




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide in-person, telephone, and card issuance services, resolve customer inquiries, and follow up with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-person and telephone customer service and consultation 2. Resolution of inquiries regarding active and new cards 3. Issuance of departmental cards based on objectives Base salary \+ credit bonus (achievement of card issuance targets). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Provide in-person service to our customers. · Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their active and newly issued cards. · Handle and follow up on advisory phone calls. · Issue/open departmental cards based on objectives and goals. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed high school education. · Flexible availability for work schedule. · Positive and service-oriented attitude. · Must be over 18 years of age. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary: $ 9,870\.00 * Statutory benefits.
