Achieve customer satisfaction through high-quality service and process execution—from initial contact through after-sales follow-up—as well as prospecting for new customers (wholesale segment). **Key Responsibilities:** Identify, propose, and implement strategies that reinforce sales. Advise prospective customers on sales policies. Enter wholesale customer orders into the SAE system. Invoice in accordance with departmental guidelines. Conduct post-sales telephone processes—including product and sales clarifications. Collect payments from wholesale customers. Develop short- and medium-term plans and actions jointly with the Marketing Manager to achieve company-set objectives.
