





Job Responsibilities * Invoicing and administrative control: Preparation and registration of invoices in SAT and QuickBooks for domestic and international clients, ensuring tax compliance and accurate payment processing. * Accounts receivable and portfolio management: Ongoing follow-up with clients in Mexico and the USA, collections activities, weekly reporting, and improvement of payment flow. * Budgeting and payments: Preparation of the monthly expense budget and payment control to maintain operations without delays. * Procurement and supply: Preparation of purchase orders and monthly review of inventory of spare parts and components for service operations. * Vendor management: Onboarding and fulfillment of administrative and tax requirements requested by maquiladoras and strategic clients. * Human resources: Weekly reporting of attendance, incidents, vacations, and overtime for payroll calculation. * Internal policies: Creation, updating, and monitoring of operational policies to ensure internal compliance. * Logistics and customer service: Coordination of shipments, tracking of parts status, and documentation to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience.
