




Position Summary: Responsible for accounting, tax, and financial management, supervising a team and ensuring regulatory compliance for clients. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and management of accounting and finance. 2. Tax and accounting advisory services to clients. 3. Proficiency in accounting tools and regulatory frameworks. Responsible for managing and supervising the accounting operations of client companies, ensuring proper fulfillment of tax and financial obligations, accurate recording of transactions, preparation of financial and tax reports, and leading a team of three staff members. **Requirements:** * **Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years** in similar positions. * **Solid knowledge of**: * Accounting records. * Calculation and recording of depreciation and amortization. * Preparation of working papers and financial analysis. * Filing and handling of federal and state taxes. * Preparation and review of payroll. * Operation of Payroll Application Systems (SUA) and IDSE. * Calculation of annual tax returns. * Solid knowledge of CFDI. * Experience with Fonacot. * Reconciliation and cleanup of accounts receivable and payable. * Account reconciliations and cleanups. * Client consultation on tax and accounting matters. o Experience using Aspel NOI system for payroll generation and control. * **Technical skills and soft skills:** * High sense of responsibility and service orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas). * Leadership and team management capability. * Orientation toward accuracy, organization, and deadline adherence. * Strong communication skills for advising and serving clients. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and perform accounting and financial recordkeeping. * Supervise, prepare, and file federal and state tax declarations. * Manage and review payroll preparation and SUA and IDSE compliance. * Perform account reconciliations and cleanups. * Coordinate and guide team members in daily tasks. * Provide advisory and consulting services to clients. * Issue invoices and manage Fonacot-related operations. * Generate financial and tax reports for decision-making.
