Position Summary: We are seeking a REPSE Analyst to manage collections, balance reconciliation, and portfolio follow-up, ensuring effective negotiation with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer collections and prevent overdue balances 2. Perform monthly reconciliation and closing of balances per customer 3. Investigate credit lines for new customers National company with over 20 years in the industry seeks a REPSE Analyst **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in credit and collections, billing, or accounting * Intermediate Excel skills **Job Responsibilities:** * Daily review of documentation (invoices) to carry out collection activities for assigned customers. * Verify, identify, and record payments made by customers in bank statements. * Reconcile and close balances per customer monthly. * Timely portfolio follow-up for assigned accounts to execute collections through effective negotiation with customers and prevent overdue balances. * Timely follow-up on invoicing, re-invoicing, and cancellations. * Investigate credit lines for new customers according to company policies and prepare their files, ensuring completeness. * Customer service for clarifications or negotiations aimed at achieving timely and full collection. **We Offer:** * Base salary, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM * Coyoacán Metro Station Apply or send a WhatsApp message to 55 4727 7400 Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
