We're now focused on helping fire victims by rebuilding homes in Altadena after the recent wildfires, laying the groundwork for a collaborative team ready to build a better tomorrow Learn more about us at: https://www.heyday.build/ **Responsibilities:** * Process and manage payroll accurately and on time. * Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain up\-to\-date financial records. * Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. * AR / AP and invoicing * Utilize bookkeeping software to maintain financial records. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. * Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation. * Maintain accurate records for job costing and project\-related expenses. **Qualifications:** * 2\+ years of hands\-on bookkeeping and payroll experience. * Proficiency in Quickbooks Online accounting software. * Willing to learn Maker's Hub (A/P; makershub.ai/about/) * Willing to learn JobTread.com (Budgets, A/R) * Strong understanding of financial principles * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. * Bilingual English / Spanish Compensation: * Remote position. * Must be available to work 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST * Competitive hourly rate $8 to $10 (USD) (We pay any fee ) * Join a growing and dynamic company with exciting projects. * Competitive compensation based on experience.
