If you’re detail\-oriented, thrive in customer\-facing roles, and excel at managing billing operations, we’d love to hear from you! ✨ **What You’ll Do:** * Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. * Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.). * Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. * Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting. * Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. * **Requirements** ✅ **Our Ideal Candidate:** * Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.\-based companies. * Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements. * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software. * Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). * Experience preparing and filing U.S. tax returns and reports. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken). * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection.
