Specialized company in the operation and maintenance of intelligent buildings.\* We are looking for a **\*Air Conditioning Technician\*** **EDUCATION:** Air Conditioning Technician, Industrial Refrigeration or related field **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience * Preventive, corrective maintenance and diagnostics * VRV / VRF systems (Daikin, LG, Samsung) * Water-cooled chillers * Packaged units * Mini splits * Basic knowledge of frequency drives * Knowledge of basic electricity applied to HVAC systems * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and installation blueprints **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose and repair faults in direct expansion and chilled water equipment * Perform cleaning, adjustments, component replacements and refrigerant charging * Assist in reviewing panels, electrical connections and controls * Report technical findings and improvement suggestions to immediate supervisor * Ensure proper use of tools, materials and provided PPE * Comply with established workplace safety guidelines **WE OFFER:** \* \*Monthly salary of $13,000 \- $14,000 gross monthly (before taxes) according to experience and knowledge \* \*Overtime pay\* (if applicable) \* \*Statutory benefits\* * The company provides uniform, tools and safety equipment * Direct hiring and job stability * Opportunity for professional growth within the company **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
