Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Discovery & Research* Plan and conduct qualitative/quantitative research, heuristic analysis, and benchmarks. * Translate findings into business opportunities and product requirements. 2. Strategy & Conceptualization* Define problem statements, user journeys, and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD). * Prioritize features with the Product Owner using impact-effort analysis and metrics. 3. Experience Design* Design end-to-end flows and medium/high-fidelity wireframes in Figma. * Leverage existing design systems or propose improvements. 4. Prototyping & Validation* Create interactive prototypes; organize usability tests and A/B tests. * Iterate rapidly based on insights and KPIs. 5. Delivery & Development Support* Collaborate with React, Angular, Java, and mobile development teams for seamless handoff. * Manage design tokens and accessible specifications (WCAG 2.2). 6.
