A thorough understanding of contemporary user\-centered design methodologies is a must. * Responsibilities: Design and deliver intuitive, engaging user experiences for mobile and digital products across multiple platforms. * Translate business goals and user needs into user\-centered design solutions, wireframes, and visual design concepts. * Create high\- and low\-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to support rapid iteration and usability testing. * Define and maintain design standards aligned with Google Material Design and iOS design guidelines. * Develop, refine, and apply user personas, user journeys, and information architecture. * Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. * Work within Agile development processes, integrating UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle. * Validate design decisions through user research, testing, and data\-driven insights (analytics knowledge is a plus). * Ensure high\-quality visual execution with strong attention to detail, consistency, and production value. * Contribute both analytical thinking and creative ideas in a fast\-paced, innovative environment. * Support motion and interaction design where needed to enhance user engagement. * Core Skills Needed: Proficient with Figma, Google Material Design and IOS Design are a must. * 4\+ years of user experience design experience for software, mobile devices, and mobile web applications which leverage emergent technologies. * Proficient with iRise, Marvel, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping software. * Experience with Google Material Design and MUI components is required. * knowledge of Adobe or Google Analytics is a plus but not required. * Ability to create high and low\-fidelity prototypes to support rapid design iteration and user testing. * Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills, and sketchbook technique are a plus. * Develop and refine personas. * Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail. * Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps. * Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and associated design tools. * Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping. * Expertise using common tools such as Figma and Miro. * Experience with Agile development processes, including the ability to integrate user\-centered design practices. * Work closely with the development team to ensure business and user requirements are successfully implemented. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of common mobile software development practices. * Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, and Objective\-C (iOS), a plus. * Motion graphics design and production. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design, or related design field.
