This role ensures that all company funnels (launches, evergreen, organic, academy, and internal activations) remain stable, measurable, well-organized, and focused on conversion and user experience. **Responsibilities:** **Funnel Management and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):** Build, optimize, and maintain all funnel pages technically (registration, sales, checkout). Includes managing redirections across launch phases and improving speed and UX to maximize conversions. **Educational Platform and Payment Administration:** Full configuration on Hotmart/Kajabi (products, offers, bumps, access permissions) and management of payment gateways (Stripe/Dlocal). Responsible for payment QA, incident resolution, and external student enrollment flows. **Email Marketing and CRM Strategy:** Design and execute automations for launches, evergreen flows, and post-purchase engagement. Includes audience segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability monitoring (reputation/spam), and performance reporting. **Integrations and End-to-End QA:** Ensure correct cross-platform communication via triggers and critical events (purchases, cancellations).
