Job Objective Develop and execute creative and strategic graphic assets aligned with brand identity, supporting the company’s digital marketing, internal, and external communication strategies. Main Responsibilities * Social media content design (posts, reels, stories, ads). **Digital materials design (web banners, email campaigns, commercial presentations).** Printed materials design (flyers, posters, promotional materials). **Adaptation of campaigns for various formats and platforms.** Visual support for product launches, promotions, and activations. **Brand visual identity development and maintenance.** Basic video editing (preferred). **Collaborative work with the marketing department.** Required Profile Education **Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.** Experience **1–2 years of experience in digital design (marketing experience preferred).** Experience working with brands or commercial campaigns. Technical Knowledge **Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.** Familiarity with Figma (preferred). **Video editing knowledge (Premiere, CapCut, or similar).** Awareness of social media trends. **Understanding of branding and visual communication.** Skills **Creativity and proactivity.** Organization and adherence to deadlines. **Attention to detail.** Ability to work toward objectives. **Strong communication and teamwork skills.** ⸻ Preferred Qualifications **Experience in fintech, technology, or startup companies.** UX/UI design knowledge. **Motion graphics (After Effects).** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
