Performance Analytics implementation and optimization We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in development, configuration, and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and evolving solutions aligned with OEM standards and global best practices. Job Objective Develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with vendor best practices. Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Design and customize the ServiceNow Service Portal. Implement and optimize Performance Analytics. Review existing configurations and propose improvements aligned with OEM standards. Develop scripts and advanced customizations (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies). Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs. Document technical and functional details of developed solutions. Provide support and resolve platform-related incidents. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements. Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and releases. Potential Activities Participate in implementation and continuous improvement projects. Optimize ITSM, ITOM, or related modules. Develop advanced dashboards and reports. Automate workflows using Flow Designer. Conduct code reviews and ensure technical quality. Propose technical architecture for new implementations. Requirements Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices. Experience with Performance Analytics. Experience in designing and customizing the ServiceNow Service Portal. Knowledge of HTML and Jelly scripting (highly desirable). Experience reviewing and optimizing existing configurations. Knowledge of integrations via Web Services (REST/SOAP). Conversational English (Mandatory). Desirable: ServiceNow certifications. Experience in corporate or multinational environments.
