Must be able to lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement and develop projects on schedule, meeting customer requirements, budget constraints, and desired outcomes. **Competencies:** * Project management (Use of Microsoft Project) * Knowledge of APQP * Knowledge of FMEA * Development of Control Plans * Continuous Improvement * Statistical Process Control (Minitab) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Blueprint interpretation * Teamwork * Self-directed work * Advanced English (Conducting meetings with customers and corporate stakeholders) * Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding * Preferably 2 years of experience working in NPI processes * Knowledge of analytical and statistical methods * Root cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and problem solving * Problem-solving techniques (8D) * BOMs * Procedure / instruction / ECN documentation * Executive-level presentations * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Project management – APQP * Core Tools Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,606.18 – $27,056.76 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
