Microsoft 365 Administrator We are looking for a **Microsoft 365 Administrator** with strong hands\-on experience managing and supporting enterprise M365 environments. This role focuses on administration, troubleshooting, security, and compliance across Microsoft 365 services, providing L2/L3 support and ensuring service stability and best practices. Responsibilities * Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services, including **Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business**, and the **Microsoft 365 Security \& Compliance Center**. * Monitor **Microsoft 365 Service Health** and proactively manage incidents, advisories, and service disruptions. * Manage the **user lifecycle**, including onboarding, offboarding, license management, mailbox access, and data retention. * Administer **Exchange Online** components such as user and shared mailboxes, distribution lists, security groups, and mailbox policies. * Configure and manage **mail flow rules, connectors, retention policies**, and security settings. * Troubleshoot **mail flow issues**, email delivery failures, and **spam/phishing incidents**. * Support **Exchange On\-Premises** environments, including application relay, server maintenance, patching, and issue resolution. * Manage and support **hybrid Exchange** environments, ensuring proper mail flow and connectivity. * Implement and maintain **Azure AD (Entra ID)** configurations, including **Conditional Access, MFA**, and security best practices. * Work with **Microsoft Defender for Office 365** and **Microsoft Purview Compliance Center** for threat protection and compliance. * Implement and manage **retention policies, litigation holds, and eDiscovery** processes. * Administer **SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business**, including permissions, sharing policies, and storage management. * Respond to user requests related to **data access, sharing, recovery**, and general M365 support. * Perform **mailbox and OneDrive data recovery** as required. * Use **PowerShell scripting** for administration, reporting, and automation. * Handle **incidents, changes, and service requests** following ITIL processes. * Provide **L2/L3 support**, escalating complex issues to Microsoft Support when necessary. * Maintain accurate **documentation** for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting. * Communicate effectively with end users, internal stakeholders, and technical teams. Requirements * Proven experience as a **Microsoft 365 / Exchange Administrator**. * Strong knowledge of **Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments**. * Hands\-on experience with **Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and MFA**. * Experience with **security, compliance, retention, and eDiscovery** in Microsoft 365\. * Solid troubleshooting skills and experience providing **L2/L3 support**. * Experience using **PowerShell** for M365 administration. * Familiarity with **ITIL\-based support processes**. * Strong communication and documentation skills.
