Req ID: 76926 **Description** --------------- Responsible for keeping production equipment operational and continuously monitoring failures that could jeopardize production continuity; developing improvement projects; and demonstrating leadership capability to manage an area and coordinate its personnel. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Prepare and submit daily reports on relevant activities. Conduct shift handover, reporting pending tasks. Coordinate with the manufacturing team on key priorities. Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements to eliminate them. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. Analyze equipment failures for repair. Ensure work is performed according to established procedures and parameters. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc. Languages: Basic technical English. **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- Proficiency in computer equipment for report generation.
