Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Mission** Provide technical consulting to company customers to ensure correct installation and implementation of RGU products; address customer needs or orders to deliver them on time and in full—this requires timely follow-up with relevant departments. **Main Responsibilities: Minimum Experience Required: 1 to 3 years** [1] Know and be able to demonstrate RDD products on operating drilling equipment. [2] Establish contacts with customers at driller and supervisor levels. [3] Conduct visits to key customers to provide technical consulting and promote new products. [4] Support and train end users or drillers on-site and in classrooms during customer visits. [5] Support customers in drill bit regrinding and maintain control of bits within exchange systems. [6] Assist customers in evaluating products and their consumables through field testing. [7] Monitor and manage inventories of top-selling consumables to maintain adequate stock levels. [8] Support the RDD Product Specialist in preparing Visit Reports and make recommendations to customers to improve RDD product productivity. [9] Generate and submit appropriate activity reports to the Product Specialist and customers. [10] Participate in internal and external training activities with customers. **Requirements (General and Specific Knowledge):** Technical degree or mechanical/mining engineering or related field. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in similar roles providing technical support for drilling equipment and consumables. Knowledge of drilling steels and KPI management. Intermediate English (desirable) Class B driver’s license (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
