Skill in operating forklifts and handling materials As Warehouse Supervisor at WeCARGO MX, · Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. · Receive goods. · Report evidence of material inflows/outflows. · Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring accuracy in inventory control, and fostering a safe working environment. This is a full-time position to be performed onsite at our facilities in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. **Requirements:** · Experience supervising and leading teams to efficiently manage warehouse operations. · Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, as well as safe and efficient material handling. · Proficiency in inventory control to maintain updated and accurate records. · Skill in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. · Additional desirable qualities include proactivity, organization, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in computer equipment and Microsoft Office applications. · Completed high school education.
