Customer and product monitoring **ANDREA**, a 100% Mexican company, is the **leader** in **catalog sales**, with over **40 years** of experience, operating nationwide across **Mexico** and in the **United States**. **We are seeking**: Security Guard in Mérida. **Responsibilities:** * Comply with the security directives established by the company. * Implement staff entry protocols, conduct verification patrols to detect incidents, and provide surveillance and security services at the sales point. * Prevent merchandise theft and identify unsafe acts or conditions. * Conduct patrols in the sales area, warehouse, and parking lot. * Continuously monitor and supervise customers and products located in the sales area. * Monitor staff entry and exit at the sales point. * Validate product sales and returns by verifying receipts. * Verify product returns to the warehouse through counting and inspection of items returned by customers. * Conduct functional alarm tests at the sales point once per week. **What do you need to join us?** **Education**: Completed high school diploma. **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in security and 1 year in retail.
