Mars México leads the Petcare category (Pet Care), being one of the most important fast-moving consumer goods companies in the country.** Join our operations team in Mérida as a Regional HR Coordinator! ***What will you be doing in this role?*** * Manage and coordinate human resources activities in the Distribution Centers within your region. * Work closely with Distribution Center Managers and Sales Supervisors to ensure efficient human resources management and compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Personnel administration: HR processes (recruitment of operational and administrative staff for distribution centers, pre-payroll, onboarding, performance management, team engagement activities, etc.). * Prevent labor-related incidents by following our policies, processes, and culture. * Analyze and monitor HR indicators. * Conduct periodic visits to distribution centers, ensuring compliance with departmental processes. ***What profile do you need?*** \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields. \- Experience as an HR Coordinator/Supervisor in fast-moving consumer goods companies and managing teams of over 100 associates.
