Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Plant Manager to lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability through rigorous control. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented **Plant Manager** to lead our louver and coating production operations. The primary objective will be to plan and oversee production, supply chain, and logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, strict adherence to quality standards, and order-level profitability through rigorous cost control. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise the production schedule (mixing, molding, curing, and finishing). * Optimize processes to reduce downtime and eliminate bottlenecks. * Audit product quality and manage machinery maintenance programs. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Develop and monitor the company’s annual budget. * Maintain financial compliance. * Supervise warehouse operations and inventories of raw materials and finished goods. * Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers. * Prepare performance and yield loss reports. * Supervise payroll calculation and coordinate payments to suppliers. **Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 4–6 years in operational management or coordination roles. * **Industry:** Manufacturing or heavy industry experience is mandatory. * **Excel:** Advanced proficiency for data and cost analysis. * **Skills:** Leadership of operational staff, negotiation ability, and financial analysis capability.
