The ideal candidate is articulate, service-minded, goal-focused, capable of building customer trust, clearly explaining the benefits of credit, and delivering a positive experience throughout the entire process. ### **Responsibilities:** * Promote and offer **credit products** to customers inside Bodega Aurrera, providing clear and reliable information. * Advise customers throughout the entire **credit application process**, resolving questions and building trust. * Accurately validate **required documentation**, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. * Follow up on applications to ensure an **agile and satisfactory experience** for the customer. * Meet **placement targets**, working collaboratively while maintaining a professional and service-oriented attitude. ### **What do we offer?** * **Monthly base salary of $9,582\.47** * **Attractive monthly performance bonuses** (up to **$16,000**). * **Bimonthly bonus** for top-performing promoters (**$2,000 to $15,000**). * **Biweekly payments**. * **Guarantee bonus of $1,750\.00 per month** (applies only during the first two pay periods). * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, 15 days’ year-end bonus, 12 days’ vacation, 25% vacation premium, and 25% Sunday premium. * Access to **INFONAVIT and FONACOT**. * **Direct employment contract** and **100% social security contributions**. * **7 additional personal days** beyond vacation. * **Paid training from day one**. * **Birthday off** * **Maternity and paternity bonus** (one biweekly payment upon child’s birth). * **Free uniform** and **work tools**. * **Professional development and growth plan**. * **Excellent work environment**.
