Join our team to continue building our success story—together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Level I Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across various commercial establishments. Your responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning guest rooms and hallways, and vacuuming. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other public spaces. * Make beds, change linens, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. * Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. * Restock supplies and amenities as needed, including toiletries, towels, and other materials. * Dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to established procedures, maintaining a clean and orderly environment. * Inspect assigned areas for damage or maintenance needs and report any issues to the appropriate team members. * Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when using cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and assignments. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Entry-level position with limited prior training or experience similar to this role. * Basic skills to perform routine tasks. * Work is prescribed and completed with minimal autonomy. * Works under close supervision or clearly defined procedures. * Has 0–1 year of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Accountability Business Acumen Advocating for Guest Needs Self-Development Impact **Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
