Petit Delice is a nine-year-old artisanal French restaurant in the city, where everything we prepare is made in-house with great care and love. Our commitment is to deliver service aligned with strict quality and hygiene standards—two of the most important pillars of our company. We are currently seeking a Cook passionate about gastronomy, dedicated and responsible, who wishes to grow within a company that upholds high standards of quality. Our kitchen specializes in artisanal French brunch breakfasts, strictly adhering to hygiene and quality procedures. Responsibilities: · Proper food handling (FIFO compliance, adherence to hygiene and cleaning procedures) · General kitchen cleaning · Working alongside the kitchen team on the hot line (griddle, pans) · Production and pre-production of various preparations · Weighing and preparing recipes according to the Executive Chef’s instructions Our Cook must meet the following qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, or Technical Diploma in Food and Beverage, Gastronomy, or related field · Two years of experience in a similar position · Passion for and knowledge of international gastronomy · Excellent personal presentation · Exceptional attention to detail · Experience working under strict quality and hygiene standards · Proactive attitude and initiative At Petit Delice, you will receive: · Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company · Fixed morning shift schedule.
