**Position: Fintech Collections Coordinator** **Salary: $13,000 monthly + commissions** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Banking Collections Coordinator** responsible for managing and optimizing collections processes to ensure timely portfolio recovery. The role involves supervising the team, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to reduce delinquency. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily collections activities. * Design recovery and delinquency prevention strategies. * Monitor agreements, payments, and fulfillment of payment commitments. * Analyze portfolio, KPIs, and prepare reports. * Validate information in collections systems and tools. * Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and IT Systems departments. * Train and evaluate team performance. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in banking collections. * 1–2 years of team supervision experience. * Knowledge of banking regulations, CRM/ERP systems, and advanced Excel. * Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Work location: Barranca del Muerto **Competencies** * Decision-making. * Analysis and problem-solving. * Results-oriented mindset. **Conditions** * Work modality: On-site or hybrid (subject to company policy). * Administrative working hours. * Salary: **$13,000 monthly + attractive commissions.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
