Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, in which you will be responsible for: * Conduct technical feasibility studies for real estate construction projects. * Carry out on-site supervision and verification of construction progress. * Prepare technical opinions on land, constructions, and buildings. * Present feasibility studies to Credit Committees. * Establish relationships with internal clients, real estate developers, and construction sector chambers and associations. * Monitor costs and budgets. * Address regulatory frameworks related to urban development and construction laws. **Requirements:** * **Professional background:** Civil Engineer or Architect, or related fields. * **Years of experience:** 2 years as a construction site supervisor or similar (working in construction). Experience in a construction management role is desirable. **Areas of experience:** Construction, cost analysis, budgeting, construction scheduling, and construction progress calculation.
